1. Choose the Correct Hands

Hold the Copper Rod in your RIGHT hand

Hold the Zinc Rod in your LEFT hand

This positioning follows traditional use.

2. Sitting Position

Sit in a comfortable chair

Keep your feet flat on the floor

Rest your hands on your thighs or knees

Hold the rods firmly but relaxed

3. Session Time

Recommended time: 10 to 15 minutes per session

You may use 1 to 2 times daily

4. Relax and Breathe
